At Speakit we are looking for Croatian Customer Consultants to work for the biggest Search Engine Platform in the world!

**What will you do**:

-   Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all customers and show empathy at all times
-   Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management
-   Be able to offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
-   Communicate with speed, empathy and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails and online chats

## Requirements

-   Native level of Croatian
-   Advanced level of English
-   Great communication skills
-   Teamwork player
-   Tech savviness
-   Relocation to Athens
-   EU Passport
