## Description

Job responsibilities:  
\- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.  
\- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits across business units.  
\- Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to management and staff.  
\- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related topics and ethical business practices.  
\- Investigate and resolve compliance issues, reporting findings and recommendations to senior management.  
\- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as required.  
\- Prepare and submit compliance reports and documentation in a timely manner.  
\- Support the development of a strong compliance culture throughout the organization.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; professional compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is a plus.  
\- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a compliance role, preferably within the technology or asset management sector.  
\- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO).  
\- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.  
\- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.  
\- High ethical standards and attention to detail.  
\- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.  
\- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
