## Description

-   Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies.

-   Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.

-   Drive Organizational Development initiatives to improve business performance.

-   Oversee performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.

-   Develop employee engagement and retention programs.

-   Support organizational restructuring and change management projects.

-   Analyze HR metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.

-   Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

## Requirements

-   Minimum **6 years of experience** in Human Resources.

-   Previous experience as an **HR Business Partner** or **Senior HR Generalist**.

-   Proven experience **leading and managing an HR team**.

-   Strong background in **Organizational Development (OD)**, including:

-   Performance Management
-   Succession Planning
-   Talent Management
-   Competency Frameworks
-   Employee Engagement
-   Organizational Design
-   Learning & Development
-   Change Management

-   Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Relations, Personnel, and HR Operations.

-   Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

-   Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

-   Fluent English is highly preferred.
