## Description

-   Complete daily Gemba walks to get a physical understanding of the interface with SCM
-   Create, read, and report on supply chain analytics and metrics (OTIF, OTP, risk assessments, unit cost, capacity, etc.)
-   Conduct team management activities, including recruiting, training, development and corrections
-   Perform sales and operations planning tasks, including forecasting
-   Conduct material requirements planning
-   Conduct production planning
-   Manage customer and vendor issues
-   Align supply chain activities including planning, sourcing, production, and delivery with demand
-   Manage issues in supply and availability of material
-   Measure operational and financial performance
-   Identify and mitigate risks
-   Coordinate daily with cross functional leadership in Program Management and Operations
-   Build out formal SCM team in Warner Robins, Georgia
-   Hold strong accountability while maintaining morale and an autonomous workforce is critical in this position
-   Other duties as assigned

## Requirements

**Education/Training:** 

-   Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline required
-   Additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
-   CPIM, CSCA, CSCP, or CPSM certification preferred  
    

**Experience:**

-   3+ years of experience leading a diverse team of professionals
-   Knowledge and experience with business systems such as ERP and MRP operation, optimization and development preferred
-   In-depth knowledge of operational and financial metrics, OKR’s and reporting
-   Knowledge and experience with inventory management and control methodologies, best practices and reporting
-   Understanding of domestic, foreign and government logistics and distribution practices and requirements
-   Experienced and knowledgeable in Logistics, Import/Export, Warehouse operations, inventory management, material/production planning and strategic/tactical purchasing
-   Experience with Microsoft tools (Power Automate, Power BI)
-   Microsoft Office fluency
-   Technical writing experience or knowledge is a plus

**Security:**

-   Must be a US citizen
-   Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required

**Physical Requirements**

-   Able to assess, install, and modify equipment, and inspect machinery
-   Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, grasp and reach with hands and arms, handle and operate hand/power tools and machine controls
-   Perform frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements
-   Prolonged periods of standing while operating machinery
-   Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear (e.g., eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, etc.) for the assigned task
-   Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time

**Salary:** 

The projected salary range for this position is $28 - $35 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.
