**About the Role**

As a Graduate Accountant, you’ll build your technical and client service skills while working with an exciting portfolio of creative clients. You’ll receive mentoring and support as you:

-   Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, BAS and financial reporting.
-   Support client queries and maintain strong client relationships.
-   Develop your skills in taxation, Xero and ATO systems.
-   Work collaboratively across White Sky and the broader BlueRock team.
-   Manage deadlines, prepare accurate workpapers and identify issues early.

## Requirements

**About You**

You’re studying, or have recently completed, an accounting, commerce or business degree and are keen to begin your accounting career. You’ll bring:

-   A willingness to learn and take on feedback.
-   Strong organisation and attention to detail.
-   Clear communication and a client-focused approach.
-   An interest in music, entertainment or creative businesses.
-   Any previous accounting, bookkeeping, Xero or customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential.
