## Description

Are you a fluent **German speaker** looking for a new professional opportunity in an international environment?

We are looking for a **German-Speaking Customer Support & Back Office Agent** to join a new healthcare-related project.

### Your Role

In the initial stage, the position will focus primarily on **back-office operations and order processing**, with the role gradually expanding to include customer support calls.

You will support **patients and healthcare professionals** with inquiries related to healthcare products, ensuring accurate, professional and empathetic communication.

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

-   **Strong professional fluency in German**, both written and spoken
-   Ability to communicate confidently and naturally with customers
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Empathy, patience and a customer-oriented approach
-   Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-   Good organizational skills
-   Previous experience in **Customer Service, Customer Support, Back Office or Contact Center** environments
-   Ability to work effectively within a structured and process-driven environment
-   Previous experience in the **healthcare sector** will be considered a plus
-   Basic knowledge of **English or Greek** for internal communication
