**Position Available in the Richmond Hill and Savannah area**

**Hourly Pay Range:** $19-$20/per hour

_Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service._

**Program Manager Responsibilities:**

-   Train teachers on curriculum, developmentally appropriate practices, and quality-rating practices.
-   Ensure classroom lesson plans are completed and implemented.
-   Assist with the hiring and on-boarding of new teachers.
-   Work collaboratively with Center Director to provide feedback, assess needs, and recommend solutions.
-   Ensure adequate classroom materials.
-   Develop and track teacher professional development plans.
-   Complete classroom observations and growth plans, as needed.
-   Coordinate and facilitate semi-annual parent/teacher conferences.
-   Plan, coordinate, and assist in the execution of summer camp.
-   Ensure all regulatory and company policies are observed in classrooms.

## Requirements

-   Must be at least 21 years old.
-   Minimum of a CDA or TCC required
-   Associate's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
-   At least 2 - 5 years of experience as a lead teacher in a licensed childcare facility required.
-   Creative Curriculum experience/knowledge required
-   Must possess knowledge and understanding of all current state and local regulations.
-   Proficient computer skills in a wide variety of business-related software programs.
-   Meet all state requirements for classroom teaching positions, and maintain state in-service requirements.
