**Employment Type:** Full-Time | Remote

**Locations:** Seattle, WA

**About Us**

The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. is a premier, full-service immigration law firm with a global reach and offices in Pasadena, Santa Ana, and Dallas. We specialize exclusively in immigration law, combining deep legal expertise with a compassionate, integrity-driven approach to help individuals, families, and businesses successfully overcome complex legal hurdles.

We are honored to be recognized as a 2025 Inc. Best Workplaces honoree, a testament to our dedicated investment in our team and culture. We foster a collaborative, high-performance environment where professional growth is prioritized through clear career pathways and comprehensive support. At our firm, you will find a workplace built on mutual respect and accountability, designed to empower legal professionals to build rewarding, long-term careers.

**About the Role**

We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our team. This role involves handling a variety of immigration matters, including client consultations, case preparation, legal research, drafting filings, and representation before immigration agencies and courts as needed. The position offers exposure to a broad range of immigration cases within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

As part of our continued growth, we are also expanding our federal litigation practice. Attorneys with experience or interest in mandamus, habeas, or APA litigation will have the opportunity to gain exposure to and contribute to this area of the firm’s work with guidance and support from the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to further develop their immigration law experience, take increasing ownership of their cases, and grow within a supportive and structured environment.

**Why Join Us?**

- Competitive Compensation, Growth Potential & Performance Incentives: Compensation for this role is competitive and will be determined commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Additional earning potential is available for attorneys who take on advanced litigation work, including federal court matters. Performance-based bonuses are designed to recognize strong results and meaningful contributions. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, HSA options, and paid time off.
- Practical Flexibility: While court appearances, USCIS interviews, and client meetings may require in-person attendance, we offer flexibility for drafting, research, and case preparation to support productivity and work-life balance.
- High-quality, Meaningful Work: You will work on substantive immigration cases that directly impact clients’ lives. This is not volume-driven work—our focus is on thoughtful strategy and strong advocacy.
- Leadership & Ownership: This role includes the opportunity to mentor and supervise paralegals and law clerks, take ownership of cases, and contribute to legal strategy. High-performing attorneys will play a meaningful role in shaping both case outcomes and the development of the team.
- Strong Team Support & Infrastructure: You will be supported by an experienced team and structured workflows that allow you to focus on legal work rather than administrative burden. We value efficiency, accountability, and high-quality output.
- Seattle Founding Opportunity: Though we do not currently have a physical office in Seattle, this role offers a unique opportunity for qualified attorneys to act as a founding member of our Seattle operations. This includes the chance to build and lead your own local team, backed by our firm’s full resources and established infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**
