**This is a part-time (20%), fully onsite position.**

### Tasks and Responsibilities

-   Provide onsite IT support to end users
-   Handle and resolve IT incidents and service requests
-   Perform Windows setup, installation, and basic configuration
-   Support standard IT hardware and software issues
-   Log, track, and update tickets in the ITSM system
-   Assist users with troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
-   Support user onboarding and basic device setup
-   Escalate complex technical issues to senior support teams when necessary
-   Ensure timely communication and follow-up with users
-   Maintain a professional and customer-focused support experience

## Requirements

-   Experience in IT onsite/end-user support
-   Basic knowledge of Windows setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
-   Familiarity with Microsoft products and standard workplace IT environments
-   Experience using an ITSM / ticketing tool (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, etc.)
-   Good communication and customer service skills
-   Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
-   Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
-   Apple iOS support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
-   Flexible and team-oriented person
-   Ability to work independently and manage onsite support tasks efficiently
-   Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
