## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer the position of Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in Greece with paid relocation assistance. In this role, you will provide excellent support to Italian-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Communicate with Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to respond to their inquiries and provide assistance.
-   Offer detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
-   Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with other teams to improve the customer experience and service quality.
-   Stay updated on company products, procedures, and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation support provided.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
