We are looking for an experienced **Technical Project Manager** with a solid understanding of electrical engineering to lead **custom-made projects in traction and power systems**.

Each project is different — ranging from complex metro power supply systems abroad to smaller, highly specialized technical solutions. What they all have in common is that you **own them end-to-end**: from kick-off through engineering, production, testing, FAT, and final customer handover.

This role is ideal for project managers who want to **truly take ownership**, enjoy technical variety, and value seeing tangible results of their work.  

### **What will you be responsible for**

-   Managing **custom-built traction substation projects** from initiation through FAT and final delivery
-   Leading projects across the **full lifecycle**, including risk management and change control
-   Acting as the **primary point of contact for customers** throughout the project
-   Leading cross-functional project teams and coordinating with **engineering, production, and testing**
-   Regularly reporting on **project status** (timeline, budget, risks, milestones)
-   Ensuring adherence to **schedule, budget, and contractual commitments**
-   Driving key decisions, handling changes, and managing escalations
-   Occasional **business travel** for project kick-offs or key customer meetings

## Requirements

### **Who we are looking for**

-   Degree in Electrical Engineering or solid experience in a **similar environment**
-   At least **4 years of project management experience**, ( ideally in: power systems, traction systems, electrical distribution or similar engineering field
-   Strong command of **English and Czech** for daily communication
-   Knowledge of **project management principles and tools** (MS Project, Excel, etc.)
-   Structured thinking, technical mindset, and strong communication skills
-   Driving license (Category B)

### **Additional information**

📍 Location: Prague – Horní Počernice  
✈️ Travel: approx. 1× every 1–3 months
