The Role  
\- Directly support the VP of Operations and senior team members  
\- Broad mandate: execute ad-hoc generalist tasks across the startup, new entities, and all operational needs to scale the London office and drive EU expansion  
\- Fast-paced, hands-on role with significant responsibility and autonomy  
  
Day-to-Day Responsibilities  
\- Organisation and administration, with a current focus on EU expansion operations  
\- Ad-hoc generalist execution across various business lines and new entities  
\- Proactively close your own loops; default to independent problem-solving and escalate only when truly blocked  
\- Take on whatever tasks are necessary for office operations and expansion
