## Description

Foresight is building a Delivery function — a new layer of enterprise execution leadership sitting alongside the Account Executive organisation. You are the accountable execution leader on a portfolio of four to five enterprise accounts. You translate client outcomes into a delivery plan, coordinate Foresight’s specialist teams, and serve as the client’s primary day-to-day partner. You own everything from the moment the ink dries. This is not a traditional customer success role. Think of it as the engagement manager model from top-tier consulting, applied to the most complex infrastructure programmes in the world.

## Requirements

- Track record delivering complex, multi-workstream enterprise software implementations (ERP, PLM, MES, construction management platforms, or similar)
- Proven stakeholder management at director and C-suite level in asset-intensive or capital-project environments
- Strong programme management capability: rigour, cadence, clear accountability — formal accreditation not required
- Comfort with ambiguity: clients are often scaling and will not self-organise without active guidance
- Background in professional services or a consultancy technology practice with direct delivery accountability
- Exposure to construction, data centres, energy, or other capital-intensive project environments
- Experience coordinating or managing forward-deployed or embedded staff within client accounts

## Benefits

- In the room with the people building the next era of AI infrastructure — Crusoe, NVIDIA, OpenAI — working through decisions that shape billions of dollars of capital expenditure
- Revenue has tripled every year since 2023 and has already doubled in 2026; this is not a future bet, it is already happening
- Series A closed at $25M with Macquarie Capital Ventures and Creandum; a Series B is on the horizon, making equity a genuine part of the story
- Real ownership: Foresight operates on the principle that if you see a problem, you own it — title is not a ceiling
- The learning curve is steep by design: the pace and proximity compress years of growth into months
- Work directly with C-suite decision-makers on infrastructure programmes worth hundreds of billions of dollars
- Founded by Igor Shifrin and Dr. Atif Ansar (Oxford), backed by Macquarie, Creandum, ISAI Build, and Somersault
- Broad scope — you will touch scheduling, reporting, on-site operations, and strategic advisory within a single account
- Total Compensation range: $175,000–$225,000+, based on experience and fit against the requirements above, and equity in a fast-growing, well-funded startup.
