## Description

Egypt Education Platform invites applications for the position of **AIA - Homeroom Teacher (Grade 1)** at one of our reputable schools. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our team and provide outstanding education to Grade 1 students, fostering their academic and personal growth in a nurturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to Grade 1 students in accordance with the school's curriculum guidelines.
-   Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.
-   Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to curriculum development.
-   Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to keep them informed of their child's progress and encourage home-school partnership.
-   Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching practices.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
-   Valid teaching certification/licensure relevant to the position.
-   Minimum 2 years teaching experience, preferably in early primary grades or Grade 1.
-   Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogical approaches.
-   Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
-   Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
-   Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with parents effectively.
