This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing business. As one of our senior publications specialists in the US, you will help shape projects, build lasting client partnerships, contribute to business growth, and play a key role in the continued expansion of our Medical Communications offering. As a Publication Manager, you will lead the delivery of publication and medical communications projects from planning through to completion. You will provide strategic guidance to clients, manage project teams, oversee timelines and quality, and ensure deliverables are completed to an exceptional standard. Alongside project leadership, you will contribute to scientific writing, review colleagues' work, provide mentorship and feedback, and support business development activities, including proposal writing, pitching for new work, and identifying opportunities to expand our client relationships. You will be based in our Boston office, established in 2020, or our New York City office, established in 2025. Please click here to learn more about us, our work and our mission: [https://www.costellomedical.com/](https://www.costellomedical.com/) ## Requirements ### About You Essential requirements for the role are: - At least 3 years of professional experience in publications at a medical writing agency, including leading a publications account - A degree level or higher qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum GPA 3.3). We welcome applications from candidates with a diverse range of specialisms, including but not limited to; biology, chemistry, pharmacy and medicine - Strong scientific writing and data presentation skills, including the ability to use Excel, PowerPoint and Word effectively and efficiently, to produce a professional, high standard of work - A proven ability to build as well as manage robust and sustainable client relationships - Project management skills sufficient to enable timely project delivery that meet or exceed client expectations - Ability and desire to keep abreast of key industry trends with the potential to inform team or company strategy - Approachability and availability to those you manage with a view to supporting or guiding their growth within the company ## Benefits ### What We Offer Alongside our award-winning company culture, where every team member is celebrated, respected, and has their voice heard, our comprehensive benefits package includes: - $110,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on your previous experience, as well as a discretionary profit share bonus paid twice per year.
