## Description

Talent360 is seeking a highly skilled **Senior BIM Architect Engineer** to join their team. In this role, you will lead BIM processes, ensure high-quality model delivery, and support project teams in optimizing engineering workflows using advanced BIM methodologies.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Collaborate with project teams to define BIM objectives, strategies, and execution plans
-   Oversee the development and production of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and completeness
-   Review BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications
-   Provide technical support and guidance on BIM-related challenges
-   Develop and deliver BIM training programs for internal teams
-   Perform quality control checks on BIM deliverables
-   Coordinate across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines within BIM models
-   Mentor junior BIM engineers and support their professional development

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Architecture  
    5–8 years of experience in BIM and architectural engineering

-   Strong hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks (mandatory)
-   Solid experience in shop drawings across multiple projects
-   Ability to create and manage BIM families
-   Strong understanding of BIM workflows and multi-disciplinary model coordination
-   Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
-   Ability to work collaboratively within project teams
