### The role

This in-house Graphic Designer role is essential for communicating Electrum’s brand message, supporting B2B sales, marketing, and recruitment. You will independently manage projects from concept to completion, producing high-quality, engaging digital and print materials that enhance brand identity, attract talent, and drive business growth. Leverage your expertise to evolve the brand and empower the sales team to meet revenue goals. Your visually compelling, consistent, and relatable designs will be celebrated in our fast-paced marketing environment.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Brand & Visual Storytelling: Build and maintain Electrum's brand consistency across all materials (print and digital) using design thinking, user insight, and current trends.
-   Design Production: Produce high-quality marketing collateral including Social Media content, presentations, e-books, blogs, white papers, event collateral and branded marketing collateral
-   Project Management: Independently own and manage design projects from brief to delivery, prioritising workload and facilitating feedback sessions with stakeholders.
-   Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams, translating business objectives into effective visual assets and communicating concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

-   **Education:** Degree (NQF L6) in Graphic Design or similar (Post-graduate in marketing is an advantage).
-   **Experience:** 3–6 years professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B/enterprise software environment, handling both digital and print projects independently.
-   **Skills:**

-   Expert Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
-   Proficient: Figma, Canva, G-Suite/MS Office (especially Slides/PowerPoint).
-   Technical: Strong grasp of core design principles, layout, typography, and translating complex data visually. Experience with responsive/mobile-first design.

-   **Advantageous**: 

-   Webflow/Wix/HubSpot, basic HTML/CSS, AI design tools, videography/photography, UI/UX principles, motion graphics, Financial Services software experience.
-   Web Design: Create wireframes and responsive pages using Figma and Webflow, collaborating with developers to ensure seamless, on-brand digital experiences.

-   Competencies: Self-managed, strong work ethic, detail-oriented, adaptable, continuous improvement mindset, strong communication, constructive collaboration, and technical-creative aptitude.
