SWOT Hospitality is looking for a

Hotel Manager for

Eliamos Villas Hotel & Spa

## Requirements

-   Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel.

-   Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and other operational areas.

-   Lead, supervise, motivate, and evaluate hotel staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

-   Ensure exceptional guest service standards and high levels of guest satisfaction.

-   Handle and resolve escalated guest complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.

-   Monitor hotel performance, budgets, operating costs, revenue, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

-   Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
-   Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, guest experience, and financial performance.
-   Represent the hotel professionally in dealings with guests, business partners, and public authorities.
