## Description

**Purpose**: The HRBP partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals and operational needs. The role drives workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and organisational effectiveness, while strengthening employee engagement through insights from stay and exit interviews. It translates these insights into actionable initiatives to enhance employee experience, retention, and a high-performing culture that supports business growth.

**Key Area of Responsibilities:**

-   Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support aligned with organisational goals.
-   Drive workforce planning, organisational development, and future capability building to support business growth.
-   Advise stakeholders on talent pipeline strategies, including internships, work-study, and graduate programmes, to meet long-term workforce needs.
-   Coordinate the performance management cycle, including calibration and performance discussions.
-   Coach and support managers on performance management, employee engagement, development, and people practices.
-   Conduct stay and exit interviews to identify trends, enhance employee experience, and improve retention.
-   Support employee relations matters, including grievance handling, investigations, and disciplinary processes as required.
-   Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans, employer branding, career fairs, and university outreach initiatives.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
-   Support expatriate and cross-border employee arrangements where applicable.
-   Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
-   Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity.
-   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
-   Proven experience in workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-   Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
-   Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technology environments is advantageous.
