LPN

Skilled Nursing Facility - High Point, NC

Per Diem/PRN

Evening & Night Shift - 3 PM to 11:30 PM, 11 PM to 7:30 AM

$27 - $32/hr

Duties and Responsibilities:

**Medication & Treatments:** Administer routine medications, perform wound care, and manage tubes/catheters.

**Resident Assessment:** Track vital signs, observe health and pain changes, and report status updates to physicians or supervising RNs.

**Team Supervision:** Direct CNAs, lead shift handoffs, and communicate updates with doctors and family members.

**Documentation & Safety:** Record treatments and incidents in Electronic Health Records, report falls or errors, and enforce strict infection control.

## Requirements

1 year of experience

Active NC LPN license

Current BLS (AHA)
