**Outside Sales Representative – Take Control of Your Career and Income**

Your Role 

-   Guide homeowners to the perfect flooring solutions during in home appointments 

-   Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish 

-   Close sales using warm company provided leads with no cold calls or door knocking 

-   Build confidence with ongoing coaching and professional support 

Training and Support 

-   Comprehensive 4-week training program built for beginners 

-   First 2 weeks fully paid so you can focus on learning 

-   Start earning commission as early as Week 3 

-   Continuous coaching to help you grow and succeed 

-   Draw available up to $1,600 

-   Flexible appointment-based schedule working 5 days per week

-   100% uncapped commission plus draw
