FlatGigs is hiring on behalf of our client — a UAE-based technology company building scalable digital and logistics platforms for modern enterprises. Their mission is to create high-performance, secure systems designed for long-term growth and operational excellence.

### **About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Tech Lead)** to design, build, and guide the development of a full-stack logistics platform using Django and React. You’ll lead backend architecture, develop responsive dashboards, and mentor the engineering team.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead full-stack design and development using **Django REST Framework** and **React.js**
-   Architect scalable backend and frontend systems with robust APIs and data workflows
-   Build responsive dashboards with real-time data visualizations
-   Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business needs into code
-   Maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce code quality standards
-   Explore and adopt new technologies to improve performance and scalability

## Requirements

-   5+ years of full-stack development experience
-   Proficiency in **Python (Django REST Framework)**, **React**, and **PostgreSQL**
-   Strong knowledge of API design, cloud architecture, and CI/CD
-   Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
