Nursing Manager - Labor & Delivery - Full-Time - Seattle, WA

A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery (L&D) Nursing Manager to lead its team at a major medical center in Seattle, WA. This full-time, day-shift leadership role oversees clinical and operational activities within a high-volume L&D department and offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.

Position Details:

-   Full-time, permanent role

-   Annual salary: $94,500–$178,000

Responsibilities:

-   Lead clinical and operational activities for Labor & Delivery
-   Oversee staffing, retention, performance, and staff development
-   Drive quality improvement initiatives and department goals
-   Collaborate with clinical educators, CNS, providers, and nursing leadership

Department Overview:

-   30 labor beds
-   9-bed OB Emergency Department
-   4 OB operating rooms

## Requirements

-   BSN from an accredited nursing program, or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within 2 years
-   Active Washington RN license
-   Current AHA BLS certification
-   3+ years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
-   1+ year of first-line management experience preferred
-   MSN or related Master's Degree preferred
