### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications products and services such as mobile plans, billing, and troubleshooting.
-   Handle complaints and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.
-   Educate customers about the features and benefits of different services to enhance their overall satisfaction.
-   Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, company updates, and product offerings.
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for ongoing service improvements.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and fulfill customer needs effectively.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
-   Enthusiasm for the telecommunications industry and a desire to assist customers effectively.
