## Description

VirtueStaff is seeking a high-energy, confident B2B Sales Representative to drive our frontline market expansion. In this role, your primary mission will be cold outreach, identifying key decision-makers, initiating cold calls, and opening doors for new business opportunities. You must be a natural communicator who can universally connect with anyone, pivot conversations on the fly, and confidently articulate our value proposition to corporate prospects.

### Responsibilities

-   Conduct high-volume B2B cold calls and outbound outreach daily to build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
-   Navigate corporate gatekeepers to identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations
-   Establish immediate rapport with prospects, utilizing a versatile communication style to universally connect with diverse personalities
-   Uncover business pain points, qualify interest, and successfully transition warm leads further down the sales funnel

## Requirements

-   Proven track record in professional B2B Sales and outbound cold calling
-   Exceptional verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively with anyone and think quickly on your feet
-   A thick skin for handling rejection, high emotional intelligence, and the self-motivation required to sustain high outbound call volumes
-   Ability to quickly assess a prospect's business needs and position a solution effectively over the phone
