This role offers you the chance to engage with a dynamic team and provide exceptional support to customers who are passionate about films, music, and entertainment.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat concerning media and entertainment inquiries.
-   Assist customers with subscription services, content access, technical issues, and general inquiries.
-   Handle complaints and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
-   Stay informed about the latest offerings and updates in the media and entertainment sector to provide accurate information to customers.
-   Document customer interactions and feedback meticulously to help improve service quality.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and enhance user experience.
-   Maintain a customer-first approach to build long-lasting relationships with clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the media, entertainment, or telecommunications sector.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
-   Proficiency in customer service management software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   A genuine passion for media and entertainment, along with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
