Are you a fluent Norwegian speaker looking for an exciting career in customer support? Do you enjoy helping people solve problems and creating outstanding experiences?  We are seeking a  Norwegian Customer Support Representative to join a leading e-commerce company. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience.  

**What you will do:**

-   Communicating through chat & phone with customers
-   Answering how-to questions
-   Troubleshooting customers' issues
-   Create amazing experience that customers value

## Requirements

-   **Native level of Norwegian**
-   Advanced level of English
-   **Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills**
-   Computer knowledge/tech savviness
-   Relocation to Athens, Greece
-   EU Passport holder
-   Working on site
