**Position Overview**  
Dane Street is expanding its San Antonio network and seeking experienced **Accident Reconstructionists/Biomechanical Engineers** with testimony experience to join our panel of consulting experts. This role focuses on providing independent, advisory opinions related to injury causation, accident dynamics, and biomechanical analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform accident reconstruction and biomechanical analyses
-   Assess injury mechanisms and consistency with incident reports
-   Review records, police reports, and related documentation
-   Prepare clear, well-supported expert reports
-   Provide deposition and/or trial testimony as needed

**Qualifications**

-   Advanced degree in Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related discipline
-   Proven experience in accident reconstruction and injury analysis
-   Prior expert witness testimony (deposition and/or trial) required
-   Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

**Engagement Details**

-   Independent contractor (1099), case-by-case assignments
