## Description

**Job Summary**  
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges, particularly those with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and a commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals through effective behavioral interventions.

**Responsibilities**

-   Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs.
-   Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
-   Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.
-   Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
-   Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
-   Train and supervise staff in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
-   Stay current with best practices in behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.

## Requirements

-   Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles.
-   Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health.
-   Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.
-   Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively.
-   Expertise in applied behavior analysis methodologies.
-   Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' needs.
-   Strong data collection skills for tracking client progress.
-   Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
-   Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.

The employee type is W-2 and the annual rate is between $80000 and $140000 depending on relevant experience
