## Description

**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Tucson, AZ | Remote | Full-Time**  
**$115,000–$120,000 per year**  
**Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM**

**Position**

We’re hiring an Arizona-licensed LCSW for a remote clinical position. The role is primarily focused on individual therapy, with additional responsibility for clinical records, risk procedures, and occasional case consultation.

You’ll have a regular weekday schedule and work with clients throughout Arizona by secure video. The position also includes opportunities to contribute to clinical reviews and support the wider team when needed.

**Key Duties**

-   Manage a scheduled caseload of individual therapy clients
-   Conduct intake appointments and gather relevant clinical information
-   Determine treatment priorities and document clinical impressions
-   Maintain progress notes and treatment records in the EMR
-   Review cases and make appropriate changes to ongoing care
-   Follow established procedures for risk assessment and crisis situations

## Requirements

-   Active Arizona license: **LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist**
-   Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
-   Therapy experience preferred
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and an EMR
