Abeloff Auto Group is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Automotive Service Advisor** to join our growing team. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Serve as the **primary point of contact** between customers and the service department
-   Greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and recommend appropriate repairs and maintenance
-   Prepare and explain repair estimates clearly and professionally
-   Verify coverage and obtain authorizations from **insurance companies, factory warranties, and aftermarket warranties**
-   Assign repair orders to technicians and monitor workflow
-   Keep customers informed throughout the service process and ensure satisfaction upon completion
-   Ensure all work meets dealership and customer expectations

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   Ability to **multi-task in a fast-paced environment** while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
-   Strong **customer service and communication skills** (Face-to-face customer service experience preferred)
-   Excellent **organization, administrative, and attention-to-detail skills**
-   Automotive parts knowledge is a plus
-   Previous experience as an **Automotive Service Advisor** is a strong advantage
-   Valid driver’s license
-   Ability to pass a drug screening
