We're looking for an ambitious **Field Sales Manager** to lead our Netherlands Field Sales Team, grow market share, develop exceptional sales talent, and help more salons succeed.

### What You'll Do

-   Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately **12 Field Sales Representatives**
-   **Drive new business growth** and increase Treatwell's presence across the Netherlands
-   Build a **high-performance culture through field coaching, one-to-ones and regular feedback**
-   Monitor **KPIs, pipeline, forecasting** and Salesforce performance
-   **Develop territory strategies** that maximise prospecting, walk-ins and venue acquisition
-   Partner cross-functionally to continuously improve sales processes and customer experience

## Requirements

### About You

You'll have:

-   Proven **experience leading successful B2B or Field Sales teams** - 2 years minimum years of people leadership experience
-   Strong **coaching and people development skills**
-   A genuine **passion for new business sales and winning customers**
-   Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
-   Experience managing KPIs, pipelines and CRM systems
-   A **hands-on leadership style**—you enjoy being in the field with your team
-   Fluency in **Dutch and English**
