## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Prosthodontist – Specialist / Consultant** to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive prosthodontic care, focusing on the restoration and replacement of teeth while delivering high-quality, patient-centered treatment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients requiring prosthodontic care.
-   Perform restorative and prosthodontic procedures, including crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and implant-supported restorations.
-   Manage complex cases involving tooth loss, damaged teeth, and oral rehabilitation.
-   Perform clinical evaluations and coordinate appropriate diagnostic procedures.
-   Collaborate with general dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, orthodontists, and other dental specialists.
-   Provide appropriate pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
-   Educate patients about treatment options, procedures, oral hygiene, and long-term dental care.
-   Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
-   Stay updated with current prosthodontic techniques, technologies, and evidence-based practices.
-   Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.
-   Ensure a high standard of patient safety, clinical quality, and ethical dental practice.

## Requirements

-   BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental degree from a recognized institution.
-   Recognized postgraduate qualification in **Prosthodontics / Prosthodontia** or an equivalent specialty.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience as a **Specialist / Consultant Prosthodontist**.
-   Strong clinical experience in restorative and prosthodontic treatments.
-   Experience with **crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, implant-supported restorations, and full-mouth rehabilitation**.
-   Experience in managing complex prosthodontic cases is preferred.
-   **UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, Canadian, or equivalent Western qualifications** are preferred.
-   Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work effectively with dentists and other dental and medical specialists.
-   Commitment to patient-centered care and high standards of clinical practice.
