## Description

We are looking for a skilled **System Administrator** to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves administering servers, networks, user accounts, security systems, and IT services while ensuring reliable and secure day-to-day operations.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Install, configure, maintain, and monitor Windows/Linux servers and IT systems.
-   Manage user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and access controls.
-   Monitor network and system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
-   Perform system backups, recovery procedures, and disaster-recovery activities.
-   Manage hardware, software, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
-   Apply security patches, updates, antivirus protection, and system hardening.
-   Maintain IT documentation, configurations, and asset records.
-   Respond to help-desk escalations and provide technical support to users.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-   **2–5 years of experience** in system administration or IT infrastructure.
-   Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux.
-   Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and networking.
-   Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is an advantage.
-   Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
-   Familiarity with backup, monitoring, cybersecurity, and endpoint-management solutions.
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-   Relevant certifications such as **Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or VMware** are an advantage.
