## Description

We are currently looking for a **Regional Inventory Planner (EU)** to join the team in **Polgárdi**.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and maintain **inventory replenishment plans** based on sales forecasts and target stock levels
-   Ensure **stock level adherence** across European plants and SKUs
-   Analyze demand, inventory, and production plans and proactively adjust them to changing business needs
-   Coordinate with **local and regional MP&L, production planning, sales, and procurement teams**
-   Own, monitor, and report **inventory KPIs** (stock adherence, inventory value, Days on Hand, OTIF, lead times)
-   Support and execute the European **inventory strategy** (Make-to-Stock vs. Make-to-Order)
-   Drive **continuous improvement initiatives** within inventory management and supply chain processes
-   Act as a key interface toward **3PL logistics partners**, warehouses, and selected suppliers
-   Support supply chain operations including warehousing, distribution, and material flow coordination

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering**, or a related field
-   **3–5+ years of experience** in inventory planning, supply planning, material planning, or supply chain roles
-   Strong understanding of **inventory management, replenishment logic, and KPI governance**
-   Hands-on experience with **ERP systems** (SAP S/4HANA or SAP preferred)
-   Confident in working with data, analysis, and reporting to support planning decisions
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
-   Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach
-   **Fluent English** required; **Hungarian** working proficiency is an advantage
