This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and excel in providing exceptional service to Chinese-speaking clients.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to Chinese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle specifications, services, and maintenance.
-   Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
-   Educate clients about automotive products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
-   Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and ensure seamless service delivery.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Chinese Simplified and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
-   A passion for automobiles and willingness to learn about new automotive technologies and products.
