**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients**

**Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1400000 (ie INR 8 - 14 LPA)**

Experience: 10+ yrs

Location: Dehradun

Job Type: full-time

We are seeking a skilled Site HR Head / Plant Head to oversee the HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Dehradun.

## Requirements

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

10–15 years of experience in **pharma** and **manufacturing** environments

Demonstrated expertise as a **Plant HR** or **Site HR** Head

Extensive experience in bulk hiring and talent acquisition

Proficient in HRMS and HR operations management

Thorough understanding of labour laws and compliance requirements

Excellent skills in stakeholder management

🔹 Qualification: MBA / PGDM with specialization in HR

🔹 Location: Dehradun

🔹 Stability: Preferably at least 2 years in current or previous roles
