Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented **Senior Production Manager** to join our dynamic team.  
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead all sterile production activities and ensure manufacturing targets are achieved.
-   Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand and capacity requirements.
-   Optimize productivity, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency.
-   Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO, and internal quality requirements.
-   Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs, along with Identifying opportunities for productivity and cost improvements

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
-   An MBA is preferred.
-   15+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in sterile production operations.
-   3+ years in a managerial leadership role.
