## Description

**Specialist ALN School | Ages 3–19**

**Rate: £90 - £100 per day** 

We are looking for a **compassionate and dedicated Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Teaching Assistant** to join our client school, providing valuable support to children and young people aged **3–19** with a range of additional learning, developmental, and support needs.

**Key responsibilities include:**

-   Supporting pupils with autism, communication difficulties, and general additional learning needs
-   Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support in line with individual development plans
-   Supporting speech, language, and differentiated learning activities to boost engagement
-   Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and classroom inclusion
-   Fostering pupil independence, self-esteem, and social confidence
-   Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and specialist support professionals

## Requirements

**We are looking for someone who:**

-   Has experience supporting children or young people with **ALN**
-   Is calm, patient and caring, with a flexible and positive approach
-   Works well as part of a **team in a specialist setting**
-   Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
