## Description

-   Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Strategy (MicroStrategy).
-   Administer and manage the Strategy platform, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
-   Collaborate closely with business users to gather, analyze, and translate reporting requirements into effective BI solutions.
-   Act as the main point of contact for front-end BI topics, supporting users and promoting best practices.
-   Work in strong partnership with the Back-End/DWH team to ensure data availability, consistency, and proper modeling.
-   Drive continuous improvement of reporting capabilities and user experience.
-   Provide training and support to business users when needed.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Strategy (MicroStrategy).
-   Strong expertise in dashboard design, report development, and platform administration.
-   Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
-   Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and data modeling principles.
-   Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-   Relevant Strategy (MicroStrategy) certifications are required.
