Initial Hygiene has an excellent opportunity for a **Service Manager to join our team servicing the Sydney on a permanent full-time basis.** Initial Hygiene is a division of Rentokil Initial and has been offering hygiene solutions to businesses for over 40 years.

**Role Description:**

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a candidate with a keen eye for cleanliness, impressive people focused leadership skills and a drive for improvement to join the Initial Hygiene Team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Service Technicians to ensure quality delivery of service and customer satisfaction. This role is predominantly Monday to Friday and public holidays rostered off and includes a fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, and company uniform. 

**The main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to:**

-   Supervise, develop and coach the Service Technician team in field
-   Conduct & participate in monthly team and safety toolbox meetings
-   Conduct regular quality audits
-   Inducting new staff members to the team
-   Managing and scheduling service runs
-   Administration related to servicing activities
-   Managing customer feedback
-   Fortnightly Pays
-   Covering service runs for Service Technicians when required

**The ideal candidate will possess:**

-   Previous experience in a Supervisory or Management role (minimum 2 years) looking after upward of ten employees
-   Certificate IV Front line Management (desirable)
-   Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills
-   People management skills
-   Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-   Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPI’s
-   Time management skills
-   Extensive knowledge of field servicing will be highly regarded
-   A current Australian Driver's license is essential
