**Base $60,000–$70,000 + Commission | Six-Figure Potential | Fairfield County, CT and bordering communities in New Haven County.**

All Dry Services of Connecticut is a growing, multi-location disaster restoration company built around a true sales organization. Our leadership, systems, and marketing are designed to support salespeople—not sabotage them.

### The Opportunity

This is a full-time B2B outside sales role covering Fairfield County, CT and bordering communities in New Haven County. You’ll own your territory while building a network by offering unique programs and services that solve urgent, real-world problems for referral partners and commercial clients.

No high-pressure selling. You’ll be supported by proven sales processes, CRM systems, marketing programs, and dedicated sales leadership.

### What You’ll Be Doing

-   Building and developing a B2B territory from the ground up
-   Identifying and engaging referral partners such as:
-   Property Managers
-   Insurance Agents & Adjusters
-   Plumbers & Mechanical Contractors
-   Conducting discovery meetings and consultative sales conversations
-   Presenting our services and differentiators clearly and confidently
-   Networking and relationship-building throughout the territory
-   Managing activity, pipeline, and progress in CRM
-   Collaborating with operations to ensure excellent client experience
-   Consistently working toward monthly and quarterly sales goals

### What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

-   A strong referral network across the territory
-   Consistent discovery meetings each week
-   A healthy, trackable pipeline in CRM
-   Predictable income growth and momentum toward six figures

## Requirements

### Who Succeeds in This Role

-   2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
-   Comfortable building a territory and a book of business from scratch is a plus.
-   Comfortable using a CRM system is a plus.
-   Experience with property managers, insurance professionals, or contractors is a plus.
-   Eligible to work in the United States
