**Accounting Supervisor**

**WINGS ICT Solutions is expanding!**  
WINGS is looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Supervisor to join its growing team!

Our company, with a focus on strengthening its financial operations, is seeking an Accounting Supervisor who will contribute to the creation, organization, and development of the accounting department.  
The role reports to the CFO and involves close collaboration in the design and monitoring of financial processes, as well as with the company’s Management, to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of accounting procedures.  

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Organization and development of the accounting department.
-   Design, implementation, and monitoring of accounting procedures, policies, and internal controlling.
-   Coordination, guidance, and development of the accounting team.
-   Supervision of the proper maintenance of accounting books and compliance with the applicable legal and tax framework.
-   Preparation and review of periodic and annual financial statements.
-   Collaboration with Management to provide reliable financial reports and analyses.
-   Communication and coordination with external partners, auditors, tax advisors, and other consultants.
-   Monitoring of cash flows, obligations, and payment processes.

## Requirements

**Educational**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.  
    

**Required Qualification**s  

-   Excellent knowledge of Greek accounting standards and tax legislation.
-   Proven working experience in a similar supervisory position.
-   Ability to organize and develop accounting department and procedures.
-   Very good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office, with emphasis on Excel.
-   Ability to organize and develop the accounting department and its processes.
-   Leadership skills, team spirit, and analytical thinking.
-   Very good command of the English language.

**Nice to have**

-   Experience in a fast-growing corporate environment or in an organization in a mature stage of development.
-   Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or experience within corporate groups.
-   Previous experience in senior responsibility roles, working closely with Management.
