## Requirements

-   Proven experience in **Dubai real estate and off-plan property sales**
-   Strong track record of achieving sales targets
-   Strong communication and negotiation skills
-   Established knowledge of Dubai's property market
-   Valid UAE driving license
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
