**About the Role**

This position will responsible to IT hardware and software needed in Makassar Area. You'll work with high mobility and collaborating various role to support their IT needed

**Job Description:**

-   Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
-   Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
-   Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
-   Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
-   Setting up accounts for new users
-   Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
-   Doing a testing new technology
-   Experience to train junior staff

## Requirements

-   A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar
-   1-2 years of experience as an IT support specialist
-   Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries
-   In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
-   Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users
-   Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as Freshservice and SysAid
-   Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
-   Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security
-   Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
-   Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
