## Requirements

**Education and Position Requirements:**

-   Physical Therapy degree.
-   Physical Therapist licensed in the state of Michigan.
-   Eligible to work in the United States.
-   Current working knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation preferred.
-   Minimum 1 year of home care experience highly preferred.
