**Physical Therapist Assistant**

**Job Overview**

A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic in **Pompano Beach, FL** is looking for a **Physical Therapist Assistant** to join its clinical team. The PTA will help patients complete treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and support recovery through exercise, movement training, and patient education.

This role offers a flexible schedule, full benefits, and a manageable pace of **2 patients per hour**.

**Responsibilities**

-   Follow and carry out treatment plans developed by the PT
-   Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities
-   Support improvement in strength, range of motion, balance, and mobility
-   Observe patient progress and report updates to the PT
-   Help patients understand proper technique and safe movement
-   Prepare equipment and treatment areas
-   Complete daily notes and treatment documentation
-   Maintain a professional and welcoming patient experience

## Requirements

-   FL PTA License required
-   PTA Degree required
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Interest in orthopedic outpatient therapy
-   Strong patient communication skills

## Benefits

**Compensation and Schedule**

-   **Salary:** $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience
-   **Schedule:** Flexible — 4-day schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
-   **Patient Volume:** 2 patients per hour
