### Job Summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for a skilled and passionate **Baker** to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have **3 to 5 years of professional baking experience**, be committed to maintaining high food quality standards, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and other bakery products.
-   Ensure all baked items meet the company's quality and presentation standards.
-   Follow recipes and maintain consistency in production.
-   Monitor ingredient inventory and inform management of stock requirements.
-   Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.
-   Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently.
-   Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of products.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Minimum **3 to 5 years of experience** as a Baker in a hotel, restaurant, café, or bakery.
-   Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.
-   Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
-   Good teamwork and communication skills.
-   Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-   Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
