### Responsibilities

-   Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware components.
-   Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
-   Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software to meet organizational needs.
-   Collaborate with IT support teams to provide timely and effective technical assistance to end-users.
-   Develop and implement IT operations procedures and best practices to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
-   Conduct regular system backups, recovery operations, and disaster recovery planning to safeguard critical data.
-   Analyze and troubleshoot complex IT problems, providing solutions in a timely manner to reduce operational disruptions.
-   Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal impact on business operations.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as an IT Operations Technician or similar role with a minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure management.
-   Strong knowledge of network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations.
-   Proficiency with Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms.
-   Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and IT service management software.
-   Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-   Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA are preferred.
