### ERSEA Coordinator

**Early Learning Program**

The STEP, Inc. Head Start program is seeking an **ERSEA Coordinator** to lead enrollment and compliance efforts for our Early Learning programs, including Head Start, Early Head Start, Pre-K Counts, HSSAP, and other family-focused initiatives. ### What You'll Do

As the ERSEA Coordinator, you will oversee the full ERSEA process:

**Enrollment & Eligibility**

-   Lead recruitment efforts for children, families, pregnant women, and children with disabilities.
-   Determine and document eligibility in accordance with federal and state requirements.
-   Manage waiting lists, enrollment, transfers, and enrollment terminations.

**Program Leadership**

-   Support and guide Family Advocates and program staff.
-   Recommend selection priorities and ensure fair, compliant enrollment processes.
-   Develop and oversee enrollment-related policies, procedures, training, and technical assistance.
-   Participate in strategic planning, self-assessments, and monitoring reviews.  
    

**Data, Reporting & Compliance**

-   Maintain accurate records and reporting systems.
-   Monitor program performance indicators and compliance requirements.
-   Produce reports that support decision-making and continuous improvement.

**Partnerships & Community Engagement**

-   Build strong relationships with community organizations and service providers.
-   Collaborate with transportation staff to coordinate student transportation needs.
-   Represent the program on advisory committees and community groups.
-   Advocate for children, families, and early learning services throughout the community.

## Requirements

### What We're Looking For

### Required Qualifications

-   High School Diploma or GED required.
-   Advanced training and at least three years of experience in family support, social services, human services, or a related field.
-   Three years of experience with recordkeeping, organization, and administrative systems.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
-   Experience working with families and children.
-   Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

### Additional Requirements
